Nike Awoyinka has shaped narratives, strategy, and impact for some of the world’s most recognised names: Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Ravensbourne University, LVMH, the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the Nelson Mandela Foundation, the Tutu Desk Campaign, and Common Ground Productions.
But behind the accolades is a woman whose journey is rooted in something deeper: a calling to uplift voices often left unheard and to champion the African creative spirit. As Founder and CEO of Inklar, Nike leads a consultancy dedicated to unlocking the power of African cultural and creative industries. She partners with institutions, creatives, and governments to shape more inclusive, accurate, and inspiring cultural futures. A strategist with soul, she is a tireless advocate for African heritage women, diverse casting, and storytelling that reflects truth and pride. Her thought leadership continues to influence academic curricula, museum programming, public exhibitions, and international creative policy.

Her philanthropic initiative, 20SmilesFor20Years, under the Victoria’s Smile Foundation, supports maternal health and education in underserved communities. Abe is also the author of Throne Room Whispers, a gratitude journal that encourages reflection, clarity, and personal growth. She is the convener of the 66 Days Gratitude Journal Challenge, a growing global movement helping individuals cultivate a habit of intentional gratitude for their daily lives, spiritual well-being, and personal transformation. Abe’s mission is to raise leaders who create generational impact across families, communities and nations.

A 2nd-degree black belt in Taekwondo, she brings unwavering focus, discipline, and resilience to everything she does. Above all, Linda is a proud wife of 25 years and a devoted mother of three, her “precious diamonds”, and continues to inspire transformation across the property and business landscapes through her mission to lead with purpose, uplift others, and create lasting impact.

Her work focuses on full-spectrum healing: mind, body, spirit, and energy. She holds certifications as a sober coach, food addiction counsellor, reiki master, advanced crystal healing practitioner, and future life progression specialist. Her diverse clientele includes ex-offenders, elite athletes, creatives, and corporate professionals. In 2023, she was awarded the Platinum Award for Best Holistic Therapy. Dr. Aboaba is also a multi-published author, speaker, and host of the podcast Your Sober Sweet Spot, where she shares tools for long-term recovery, resilience, and vibrant living.

Her true gift lies in connection, linking brands to purpose, communities to opportunity, and audiences to inspiration. Whether on stage at Google for International Women’s Day, facilitating workshops at Black Women in Tech events across the UK, or sharing insights alongside global leaders at the City of London Corporation’s Women Pivotal into Digital initiative, Gayle commands every room with authenticity, warmth, and vision. Within the African creative and fashion landscape, she brings a global perspective shaped by years of cross-industry experience and a deep understanding of how visibility transforms lives. As part of Mahogany International, one of Africa’s foremost show production companies and the powerhouse behind GT Bank Fashion Weekend in Lagos, Gayle has played a pivotal role in advising on the upcoming Freetown Fashion Week in Sierra Leone. Through this work, she continues to champion a new generation of African creatives: confident, connected, and globally competitive. Equal parts visionary and doer, Gayle continues to merge storytelling, strategy, and social impact to build bridges between fashion, media, and technology. She has been recognised for her impact across industries, receiving awards in media, fashion, and technology, and was most recently featured in the book, Voices in the Shadow, a celebrated collection honouring 51 women whose stories are immortalised to inspire a new generation of women in tech.
